Jamie Young does the most amazing photos EVER! I have known her my entire life – no really……. all 26 (almost 27) years. She is family but that’s not why I love her photography. I love it because she is so great at capturing moments. She has an eye for color and is able to see something great in a picture that nobody else sees – and of course…they all turn out amazing. She will be coming back to the island again this weekend and is going to be the featured artist at Island Arts for 2nd Saturday. (August 13). If you are planning to be in town, you need to check her out. If you aren’t planning on being in town….CHANGE YOUR PLANS!
She has captured all the amazing moments in my life: island living with my besties, my engagement photos, wedding pictures, and other random moments that I can treasure forever because she took those pictures. One of my favorite photos is the one with Garrett and I at the carnival – this was the year before we got married and after 4 years, it is still one of my absolute favorite pictures.
